A) to make the shin splints that have decided to return after two years fuck off by Sunday

B) by, if you are both Manchester based & beautiful, lining yourselves up along the 10K course and pout - gorgeous people make me run better

C) by suggesting some songs to distract me from the pain/stitch/sound of my chest wanting to collapse*

there was going to be a D) sponsor me but I don't think anyone will so I'll omit that one.

*good fast poppy, really happy stuff, or stuff that has lyrics that could somehow be interpreted as running motivation i.e Soul Man, One Way Or Another, Walking On a Dream.
