I don't really, but then I never sleep.
But do you have any music you like to listen to as you tuck yourself in? Do you take a drink to bed with you? do you wear pyjamas? Do you always go to bed at the same time?

I listen to a bit of Will Oldham or something like the Phosphorescent Willie Nelson tribute album. I don't bring any refreshments. I wear PJ's around the house but usually take them off for bed or I get too hot/tangled up in them. I also have my laptop on and spend a while reading some Achewood or doing some writing. And I normally go to bed at about 1am.
