i don't think i have any real regrets in life

brusma [Edit] [Delete] 23:06, 17 May '09

i mean it.

we're all supposed to have proper regrets though, aren't we? all, oh, if only i'd paid attention in class i'd have got good exam results and been on a path to riches
or. oh, if only i hadn't shoved my dick in that other woman's vagoo i'd still be with The One and wouldn't have resorted to drink and drugs and casual sex now
or. if only i'd told my boss to stuff it i wouldn't have had a nervous breakdown and be living this sanitised existence now
or something

but...can any of you pinpoint a single, crippling point in your life, where you've made the wrong decision and it's actually had a long-lasting (as in, will still be having a tangible effect years down the line) negative effect on your life? i honestly can't; i don't feel i've missed any real opportunities. sounds boastful and yeah it is cause i'm amazing like, but ehh, i dunno.

do you have real regrets, or just small ones you feel you'll get over in no time?

note: this thread is only open to disintegratedmind if he actually describes in detail some of his regrets, rather than ill-focused non-specific mopiness. deal? deal.
