Reading about British/French Resistance Operations in WW2

I'm well into WW2 history, but this is what I find the most interesting. This woman's story is like some fictional Hollywood drama. Flown into France behind enemy lines to work with the resistance. Constantly escaping attempts of capture while sending recon back. Betrayed by a jealous girl. Unfortunate escape attempt from a prison.

What a hero.
