Tips? I think I'm going to place an ad for roommates to search for an apartment with, rather than apply for any roomshares I've seen, because all the good ones are too far from my school. I've never done this before. What makes for a good "Want to decide to live with select strangers and then look for an apartment?" ad, and how does one avoid bad strange roommates?
