it started as a sore throat and stuff but has migrated upwards... and the reason i mention this is thus:

my band and i are recording on the 2nd and 3rd of june and being a singer of sorts, it would be good if i could speak clearly by then. so if it doesnt shift in the next few days, does anyone have some good cures to help me at least be able to scream and shout for a few hours without dying and sounding like shit.
