even though i only got it recently and installed norton anti-virus straight away. i can't even turn it on, it just goes straight to a screen saying that there are critical security risks, and when i say 'fix all' it asks for my credit card details.
anyway, if you get another norton anti-virus disc and boot it will it wipe the viruses?
