Double standards - downloading music vs downloading tv progs & films

Jack_il_biscotto [Edit] [Delete] 10:56, 16 June '09

Christ what a title.

Anyways can someone who is knowledgeable about downloading explain to me why so many people get in a fuss about people illegally downloading music and how they'd never do that and then you read about that same person illegally downloading the latest epsiode of Lost or Flight of the Conchords or even a film?

Is this clearly double standards at play or are there any justifications for doing this? Or am I just talking twaddle and have clearly got it all wrong?

Cheers
