I only need it for one thing so it has to be free.

I need to create a photo of me, wearing some kind of Wolf T-shirt whilst dancing to the Psychedlic Furs (so paste the band and some speakers and musical notes in the background).

So I only need something that...(*technical jargon alert*)... lets me cut out shapes and stick them altogether.
