before i went to bed last night i had the most intense cramps ive ever had, i couodnt sleep much last night, but i couldnt get up to a get a drink bcus everytime i did id start retching horribly

now my visions blurry my stomach feels like theres a volcano in there adn my whole body feels crushed and weak

so, my question is, could this be due to too much heat? its fucking roasting in my room, its converted attic space like, with waaaay too much insulation for this heat

also tell me things that will make me feel better. im sipping 7up :(
