What other types of people (or individuals) are a bit of a cnut? Not a full-blown nasty piece of work, but those who are just a bit ..you know..cnutish?

* People who take flag things to festivals (and wave them)
* People who stand in front of the window on a virtually empty (and overheated) tube carriage preventing all oxygen and anything resembling a breeze from entering.
