so i have a bank charge of 65 quid pending on my account, accrued when they took out another bank charge and thus took me over my overdraft. Great. But that's to be expected from an organisation with a heart as black as coal. Now they're being sneaky fuckers as well

not only do they refuse to tell me when the charge is coming out in a suitable fashion, i.e by letter or on my online account, but they now give me false information. So i call them up to find out when it's coming out. They say 1st of July. I make sure i have enough money in my account. They don't take it. I call them up again. They say 9th of July (today). I make sure i have enough in my account. They don't take it out

Now if i was a cynic then i might suggest that they're waiting for my balance to drop below 65 so they can take me over and give me yet another charge, which no doubt they wouldn't give me any information about. In fact, they can do whatever the fuck they like.
