How do you do it?

I mean I've been putting on the night for nearly 2 years now, and it's done alright but we should be able to do so much better.

The main thing is, we often struggle to get people down who are into music, so anything a bit leftfield clears the dance floor and you get endless requests for Linkin Park.

Can someone me give me their thoughts on things we should try and do?

And how do you get facebook to work for this kind of thing? Is it ok to just spam other groups on the 'book?
