But to analyse it in slightly more depth, they're pretty nuts films. Much preferred The Holy Mountain to El Topo, though I guess it helps to watch them in order as ET basically prepares you for THM. Seems much tighter (lol), just relentless weird / disturbing images and scenes rather than sporradic ones in ET. I can't stop thinking about toads in little uniforms
writhing around on top of each other underneath a pyramid exploding with blood.

So yeah, pretty ace film(s). Seen either or both of them? Also, Sleep named their second album after The Holy Mountain. Sleep are dead good.
