I've been a regular contact lens wearer for years but for general health reasons I need to take a few months off so yesterday I bought my new glasses and less than two days into being a speccy-4-eyes again I feel like a nerdy 15 year old trapped in a graphic designers body

Some questions to you glasses wearers;
How often do you take your glasses off and give them a wipe? (It seems like I have to clean them every 15 minutes)

How can a small amount of plastic be SO FUCKING EXPENSIVE ?

Is there a magic trick or tip that I should know about which will allow me to NOT look like either the aforementioned nerd, graphic designer or indeed nerdy-graphic-designer-hipster-wannabee?
