My dad reckons he's come up with the perfect method of cooking eggs
Put two tablespoons of milk into a bowl
Crack the egg into it
'Scar' the yolk of the egg
Add a bit of salt and pepper
Cover with plate and heat in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds
He said the result is similar to that of the poached variety, I haven't tried it yet though.
