I need some info from those who have been slack with BT bills.

At what point do BT cut you off? One missed payment? Two missed payments? Three missed payments? etc.

What happens with reconnection? Do you have to pay for it? How long does it take?

This is a truly dull thread, for which I apologise, but it is important!
