They've refitted Monument PO so that there's a bizarre ticketing system. Apparently the old system where you entered and went to the end of a single queue, with the next free window serving the next person at the front of the queue was BAD.

Now you come in and can either use an automated posting machine (that's kind of cool I guess) or you collect a ticket from a dispenser. The tickets are of the types: Counter Services, Travel Money, Special Delivery. I don't get why it makes sense to effectively have three queuing systems. What if you wanted Travel Money and Counter Services?
