Welcome back everyone. Non-Prem football kicks into action with a 0-0 draw between Middlesbrough and Sheffield United. Won a few bob predicting that one.

Today we see the lower leagues getting into action en masse, West Brom vs Newcy being the most high profile. So high profile that the Beeb are showing it.

We also see the French and German leagues are back, Hoffenheim vs Bayern being the possible pick of the day. And we have a whole host of freindly action, with some choice fixtures on paper: Liverpool vs Atletico, City vs Celtic, Valencia vs Arsenal. Just a shame they're friendlies and so nobody cares about them, especially the people playing in them

My cheeky bet of the weekend is a Millwall, Ipswich and Chelsea treble. Oh yeah, Community Shield. Probably gonna be the best game ever
