I may need to bump this during daylight hours, but does anyone, or has anyone had to do this?

My current job after my 3-month review decided there wasn't enough work for me, so terminated my full-time contract and asked me to work on a freelance basis 2 days a week. A lot more money, on a day to day basis, and I'll invoice them weekly, but I'm still a bit pissed that I've lost my full-time status. Anyway I've got to now set up as a freelancer, create a company and register etc.

Has anyone done this before? Is it that hard? I went to the bank on Friday and set up a business account, I suppose I've got to register at Company's House on Tuesday too.

Any advice would be appreciated.
