Apparently long distance lorry drivers are at risk of something called 'Lorry Driver's Bladder'. Because they travel so much and have places to reach, the become quite adept at holding in their piss. So much so, that when the time comes, they can't release the flow and are stood at the urinal for ages waiting for the torrent to run.
