I watched Sweeney Todd last night, and when they broke into song, my heart did a little plunge and I considered turning it off within the first five minutes. But it's quite enjoyable really. There's lots of blood and gore, and quite a messed up storyline.

I'm also a big fan of The King and I. Wonderful wonderful film. I think the attraction with that one is the amazing sets and some of the laugh out loud lines Brynner has. Little fact about the film- during "Shall We Dance", Yul Brynner - a chain smoker who had already lost a lung to his habit - had to take oxygen in between takes. You'd never know it from watching it.

Other than that, nah. I've got no interest in Momma Mia and the like. Wasn't there also a Kubrick musical??
