So I had a lovely bedtime planned, listening to Americana and Le Show in bed, reading a bit, getting cosy. Then this giant moth that has been hanging around all weekend starts flapping about, I hate moths. Turned off all lights, put on landing light, door left open...it still aint leaving.
Then I go to get in bed and there's a spider hanging about two feet above my bed. So sat in corner full of fear. Turn my back for one minute....the stealthy little fucker has gone. Get in bed and here he comes, apparently on some sort of zipwire from window to bed.
So I'm too scared to sleep or move. Concerned light of laptop is attracting moth so have duvet over it and me.
Lovely night usurped by stealthy arachnid & flying demon.
