about half an hour ago i started feeling like i was detached from my body. not like i was looking at myself but that i was not in control of what i was doing and that i was just watching myself do stuff. like i was brushing my teeth and thinking about how strange it was. i had to make a phone call and felt like laughing because i felt like i was listening to a conversation. still feeling weird. like i'm a little bit drunk.

anyone ever felt like this. it's weird. not unnerving yet, just strange.
