I'd implement the following changes:

1) Not make the food so shit;
2) employ staff who have at least basic levels of personal hygiene; and
3) (and this is the good one, and is regardless of the first 2) I'd open up late night stores around nightclubs/student unions. This would make an absolute killing! What more could a pissed up post-club punter want than a hot sausage roll or a steak bake?

I know, i know, you can't believe how you didn't think of number 3 yourself, but that's why i'm Theo Paphitis, and you're not.
