after an early night I had breakfast at 8.30 this morning - toast. i was unlucky to find out there was no butter after the toast was already cooked. had to go with jam which im not that keen on.

now i'm on lunch - last night's swedish style meatballs on toast with some grated cheese and chill flakes sprinkled on top. its pretty fuckin sweet even if i do say so myself.
