I'm 26 and he's late thirties/early forties. Went to view his house and have a chat at the weekend - he seems like a nice enough chap, we got along well and the house is great.

But is it a stupid thing to live with a landlord like this? It will just be him and myself in the house. I am looking for a quiet comfortable place and don't really want friends round a lot anyways, but I'm worried it will seem like I'm living with my Dad again.

Does anyone have any experiences to share? God I really hate having to make these big decisions that will determine the course the rest of my life takes...
