words uttered to ricky gervais by his mum apparantly....and we all laughed at the small town mentality of it all.

but it got me thinking...

i know there are vast, beautiful, rolling parts of essex that i've never cast my eyes upon....places that would make your heart weep and shove aside any regret at having been squeezed out in the badlands.....but i've never gone investigating.

mostly because i can't drive. but still. i haven't asked anyone to take me.

maybe i should.
