I woke up this morning and decided to go on a lovely bicycle ride for today's fitness efforts. I went on some lovely country roads and went all the way to Rugby school. I sat there and had an apple and then rode back. About a 15 mile round trip. It was very pleasant.

So, how many people here cycle? Do you go far? What's the furthest you have cycled?
