I have a DS, obviously, it's kind of ridiculous for those types. There are still about three dozen DS RPGs I want, but I've been offered a 'fun' present for my birthday, and I'd quite like a new console. I play RPG and strategy games mostly, usually Japanese but I'm open to Western ones and other genres if that's what you know. But, yeah, any JRPG / SRPG knowledge would be especially appreciated.

The PSP seems to have a few PlayStation series continuations (FF, Star Ocean, Disgaea etc), PS3 has Valkyia Chronicles, Eternal Sonatas, but that's about the extent of my knowledge.

General opinions of the actual consoles is great, too. I'm not bothered about doing anything other than playing games on them. So yeah any opinions on PSP, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii?
