so i got a new job, starting on monday. its not exactly the job i've always been dreaming of, but its my first "proper job" and should be quite interesting.

BUT

there's a possibility i might get a phone call any minute offering me an interview for my dream job, and this interview will no doubt clash with my first day at work.

the question is, do i play safe and knuckle down with the new job, or do i take a gamble and go for this interview on monday instead? and why do things happen like this?
