So how do you toe tap at gigs. Do you

a) minimally raise and lower your foot using the ankle joint only whilst keeping the leg rigidly straight before switching legs once cramp is about to set in.
b) flex your leg below the knee to acfieve more aggressive tapping in line with a chunky drum solo for example.
c) flex both legs simultaneously causing an up and down bodily movement similar to a toddler that has both shat its nappy and spotted you are holding a pack of chocolate buttons in your hands.
d) any other technique

also are you a hands in the pocket toe tapper or do you go all Magnus Pyke style and wave them like a loon?
