I've just downloaded a file onto my desktop that incidentally had the same name as a previous file on my desktop, and I've gone and clicked replace so it's replaced the old file with the new one.

Trouble is, that old folder was full of important shit.

I've got Mac OS X Version 10.4.11, if that helps. And I've got Leopard, but it's the one that came out before the one with Time Machine or whatever it's called.

Quick question: am I screwed?
