I'm moving out of my house but a housemate is staying on, we've been paying our gas/electricity with a fixed monthly payment, so every now and then we'll get a bill, but it will already be covered with what we've got on credit so to speak.

So anyway, at the last bill in August we were £200 in credit, and I can't see that being spent in 3 1/2 months. How do I go about getting my money back, am I even owed any?

Pretty basic question I know but it's a rather delicate situation and I don't want to be flummoxed come the conversation.
