So I've got a new job. I was planning to move to Sheffield with my friend but I managed to get a job and she didn't so I'll be going it alone... and the job was originally meant to be in Sheffield but now I'm told it'll be in bloody Dewsbury.

I'm in no position to turn down a job offer so I'll be moving up there next month. Don't know the area, don't know anyone up there... it's going to be weird.

So bearing in mind that I'm going to be working in Dewsbury, where should I live? Any niceish places? I want to be to the south of Dewsbury and preferably to the east as well. Don't want to live in Dewsbury itself because it looks like a shithole but then Barnsley, Bradford, Huddersfield etc aren't exactly filling me with enthusiasm.
