today he's decided to lay his trump card and phone in to take today as leave at the eleventh hour (in that he phone in at 10:20 or so).

i'm now stuck with the perdicument, what to do? i have worked 5 hours more than my conditioned hours this week, but only one of my team are in. i can trust him, to do what ever i need him to do, but he doesn't really need to do anything. it's also the final of the champions league T20 this afternoon.
