first of all i fucking hate iTunes, so bland and no where near as cool and user friendly as windows media player.....however, i want to have all my music on my iphone.

What i'm doing now is adding all my music to my iTunes library from my hard drive and it came up with a box saying 'some of these files blah blah blah need to be converted' and i clicked yes of course, but does this mean that i can't listen to them in media player anymore!??!
