How many people does it take to make a film?

Royter-Hatfood [Edit] [Delete] 10:10, 2 November '09

You know when you watch an old film where the credits are at the start and there's usually about 20 people involved, and then at the end of the film it just says

THE
END

right?

But on modern films the credits go on for about eight hours and include just about everyone who did anything and loads more who probably didn't.

So, do modern films take loads more people to make them or is it all just a load of bollocks?

If someone could let me know, I'm trying to build this up into a full blown 'the problem with films/culture/everything these days' rant. Cheers.
