a) has anyone got one of the new i-pod shuffles. any good? do you need to use the i-pod headphones to change track etc. will i be able to use my trusty chunky sony jobs

b) how bad are apple headphones. i'm inclined to argue that all in ear headphones are the scourge of decent music listening.
