always confused me as a criticism of having done/read/seen something. how many of us can honestly say that we'd have spent aforementioned short amount of time doing something useful? or y'know, something generally worthwhile or with achievement. sure we'd spend loads of similar amounts of time doing fuck all then feeling rotten about it
