Does anyone play the official fantasy football on the premier league website (or any other similar fantasy football for that matter)

I'm (a little too) desperate to beat a mate of mine who is romping ahead of me, mainly down to his side containing Lampard and Drogba (the rest of his side perform pretty poorly.)

My team consists of:

Vermaelen
Diaby
Barry
Fabregas
Reid
Bellamy
Bent
Davies K

And currently on the bench for this weekend:
Jensen
Hunt
Bramble
Johnson (injured)

I could really do with some tips if anyone has any.
