i find some old school westerns real hard to get into. like, i'm currently watching pat garrett and billy the kid, and all i'm thinking is how much more i enjoy young guns. there's something about the dialogue in this type of film that just makes it difficult to pay attention for more than two minutes at a time. i like the clint eastwood spaghetti westerns, but they're still facing some of the same issues. i'll see how i feel after i've made it through this western box set though.
