Anyone seen this? '93 Oliver Stone produced sci-fi drama thing with James Belushi, Kim Catrall and a couple of other people famous at the time like Winston from Ghostbusters and the one who kills himself in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's nest.

Only seen double length promo of it as of yet but it's like Twin Peaks with a Rhino rather than a horse.
