According to the Brake charity, something like 23% of the UK's population has 'allowed' themselves to be driven by an inebriated driver.

Few questions.

a) Have you?
b) If not, is that because you've not been in that situation? Or because you've refused to get in the car? Again, if so have you tried to stop the driver?
c) That figure seems way too low to me. What do you think?
