I'm not too bad today (emphasis on "too"). I can't bend down without getting an awful head-rush, but at least I still have my appetite.

Went to Metros in centre of Cardiff last night. Anyone else been? I love that place. Lots of free toast after 2am. I got my share and I think it helped ease the hangover this morning. Great night out. Housemate had her brother staying for the weekend - he's a good laugh - and I bumped into my ex who was out with the only one of her mates I could really stand.
