This is after not particularly long bouts of sleep and a pretty disgustingly unhealthy weekend of stinky cider, noodles and jaffa cakes.

I'm never alert in the mornings and usually have to snooze like crazy before I can think of getting up but these last 2 mornings have been like Mr Motivator or something - really odd.

What's duh diagnosis?
