Legal highs aren't so legal any more

Should I be angry about this? I don't think I should really, but I'm bored and being self-righteous and indignant would pass the time. I mean, I'm not too keen on the way some people campaign for the illegalisation of a substance after it does a loved one some ill, the flawed implication being that said loved one would be alive if the substance had been illegal in the first place. But then again, they are pretty naughty.

Maybe someone else can be indignant and I can live through them vicariously for a while.
