Or 'wankles'?

I had a spectactular ankle-twist this morning: I stepped in the road to overtake some slow-moving fools, stood in a pothole and fell over. Then hobbled to a coffee shop, tears very much in eyes.

I'm now only able to walk half as fast as the slow-moving fools. Is it worth going to the doctor? Or should I just hire a 'no win no fee' bastard lawyer, and cash in on my bankrupt council's gross neglicence?
