People who don't do any research whatsoever on the company they are trying to get a job with. *facepalm*

I'm eavesdropping on job interviews going on on a table behind me and the amount of interviewees who haven't looked at the company's website is shocking. Surely this should be the first thing you do upon securing an interview no? In this economic climate wouldn't you at least, you know, try?

Also the amount of people over 40 years old applying for jobs in the call centre dept is depressing me.

Getting some top tips on bullshitting though.
