I've just realised that with the luxury of a full-time job I'd be minted

GalacticStar3ruption [Edit] [Delete] 12:55, 15 January '10

it wouldn't even matter what the wage was like. I was on a really low payed wage the last time I had a full time job and the same wage now would leave me with loads of spare money.

It's really tempting to find a full time job, something really easy (and probably boring) but I'm not sure whether this is a good idea or not. I just got made permanent at my current job but the hours I'm getting aren't anything special, some of the original permanent staff have had their hours cut dramatically (some to their minimum contracted hours) so it's the most I can currently expect. Part of me really doesn't want to leave, in a couple of weeks I'll be working in a different store and my best mate will be my deputy manager, good times.

I guess my question is: How well could you cope with having a boring 40 hour a week job if you had enough spare money to do as you please?
